What happens after I submit the form? Will I get follow-up calls?

After you submit, our team reviews your enquiry and follows up within 24–48 hours — usually with a clarifying question or a rough scope of what we can do for your project. That's it. We don't do cold follow-ups or pressure calls. If you need more time to think, that's completely fine. We'll wait.
Does the quote include shipping and duties? Any surprise fees at the port?

Our quotes are typically FOB or EXW — meaning freight and destination duties aren't included in the product price. But before you confirm anything, we'll put together one clear file showing all costs: product, freight options, estimated duties, and any other charges. Nothing gets added later that you didn't already see. If you want door-to-door pricing upfront, just ask — we can arrange that too.
I don't speak Chinese — will communication be a problem?

None at all. We work with international clients every day and communicate entirely in English — by email, WhatsApp, or video call, whichever you prefer. You'll never need to translate anything or navigate a language barrier.
Do I need to visit China? How do I know the products are right?

You don't need to come to China. Before anything ships, you can see exactly what you're getting:
— Physical samples sent to your door (sample + shipping cost, credited back against your order)
— Photo and video updates during production and at completion
— Third-party inspection reports if you want an independent sign-off
Most of our clients have never visited China and still feel confident in what they're receiving.
What if something goes wrong after delivery?

We have an after-sales team that handles issues by email or WhatsApp — quickly, not through a ticket queue. If something arrives damaged or doesn't match what was agreed, we work through it based on what actually happened, not a script. One thing we always recommend: cargo insurance. Project timelines matter, and insurance means a damaged shipment doesn't become a months-long delay. We can help you arrange it.
