How can I purchase one which Felixdeco doesn't show?

We could support all kinds of customized products. If you want, add our contact information and send the pictures, give us more details, dimensions, materials, styles, colors and other requirements, then we make an assessment and customized it.

Can I change the final design solution when the products are completed?

As the products are transported, we couldn't accept your new ideas. If the products are deposited at the factory, we could connect you with the factory to solve the problem, but you need to pay additional costs.

Can I use my design drawing to purchase or customize products?

If you want to use your design drawing totally to purchase our products, or you want to have some changes, just do it. We have two main ways to relate. One is to pass the What's APP, the other one is to use remote virtual meetings to solve step by step. Always, we combine these.

Could you give me some real videos about house design?

Actually, we have designed a lot of plannings about the residence and commerce area, and receive customers' feedback with house pictures, so most of pictures about house design are real in our pages. 

Our company has built 4 exhibitions to show a part of our products, including living areas, single product and exclusive bathroom products, such as closets, kitchen cabinets, marble islands, sofas, smart toilets, etc. Contact us, and connect an exclusive product manager to have virtual meetings to travel. You could come to China to travel to our company and visit our exhibitions, but you should communicate with your PM to tell the date, she or he will take a look with you. And we have factories to provide customized service, you could ask your PM to give some videos or have a visit. If you have ideas, you could send us pictures to customize them. Pass virtual meetings, you could ask our product manager about the product details and price range.

How long can I receive my design drawing?

Our team has more than 20 designers, so you couldn't speed a long time waiting for a design drawing. Considering squares and complexity, the larger the area and the more difficult the complexity, you need to wait longer. According to our statistics, most customers need to wait 2 weeks to receive a final design drawing.

Do you have a discount on design?

To be honest, we haven't discount on design, but if you cost a certain amount, your design fee will be an equivalent mortgage bond, and you could use at settlement.
