Custom pieces take up to 60 days from deposit to arrival. Your project manager gives you a detailed timeline and updates at every stage.

Every shipment is insured. If items arrive damaged, document with video and contact us. Insurance covers replacement costs and we arrange a new shipment.

How can I confirm the details when I order?
When you want to order any product from us, you can check with our project manager to get some sample. You can come to our showroom see them and take it by yourself. Also we can send package to you, maybe just need a little express fee.
Most of products we don't need MOQ, if some color or tactility need do electrophoresis or some high cost process. We would need a Low MOQ. Helping you build your dream house.
We got thousands of project cases, designers and engineers created them successfully. Any design or prodcuts we can check our database to share to you.
How much is the price of the design service?
Our design service is not free,and it would cost the following square area and complexity, but the price isn't expensive. Before production, we have a process of drawing that it predicts your home to be. And this is the one which you need to pay. If you decide to purchase, this one will be a coupon at the same price and you could use it in the total price to deduct. But the customized design isn't free, the price that we will consider your budget, so you can feel free to consult.
After gaining your deposit, we will go through the processes of design,production, inspection,delivery, send to the container point, vessel, etc. In this process, the customized product which needs to take the longest time to produce is about 45-60 days. All processes have special workers to do, so you just need to communicate with your project manager who would estimate time for you.
