1. What’s the floor-to-floor height?

Normal height  ranges from 150mm-180mm, and considering all factors, including the customer's mind, different country policy limits, house height and so on, we can recommend or customize one. So you can contact us and give us your real situation.

2. How can I purchase the perfect one?

Every product that we have has high quality control, and we follow all processes to ensure customer’s inviolable rights. But we think that your favorite is the best. You can check our catalog firstly or share your thoughts, then we communicate the details to customize one.

3. Do you provide an install service?

Yes. We offer space-saving designs including spiral staircases, floating stairs, and compact L-shaped or U-shaped layouts. These work well in tight floor plans without sacrificing safety or visual impact. We can recommend the best option based on your ceiling height and available footprint.

4. How wide is the staircase gap?

Strictly adhere to country policy, the staircase gap needs to be less than 110mm. If your family has little kids, advise that you select a shorter staircase gap, recommend the range of 80mm-100mm. We can have some viral meetings to communicate all details when you contact us and set up a group about purchasing products.

5. How much can it actually hold?

Different materials of the staircase have different load-bearing, but our products have a high quality that all staircases are conforming to export policy limits. In a normal house, the single point’s load-bearing must be over 300 Ibs, which our staircases are far better than.
