3. Does it have the MOQ?

No, we don't have the MOQ. And our team is providing personal service in the building area, like design drawing, customizing furniture, delivery, etc. So you can freely purchase all products in a one-shop station.

4. The electricity standard conforms to regulations?

Yes. We strictly conform to various countries’ electricity standards, like the USA, the electricity standard is controlled on 110V/60Hz, the Europe standard is controlled on 220-240V/50Hz. And the plug will conform to the customer's country requirement.

5. How can I solve the products that were damaged when they were transported?

As fragile goods, the lighting normally separates various parts and reduces damage probability. When you find it damaged, you can use spare parts to equip it. If the lighting is still wrong, please contact us in time. According to the product damage situation, we will develop solutions.
