How one Foshan wholesale complex ended up with 38 near-identical websites, what the WHOIS data actually shows, and what we can guarantee when you order through FelixDeco.
Search "George Building China Site" on Google. Page one returns georgebuildings.com, georgebuild.com, georgeintl.com, georgeonestop.com, georgegroups.com, georgedeco.com, and half a dozen more. Click through and the showroom photos are identical. The founding story is identical — established 2006, Foshan, Guangdong. The only things that change are the WhatsApp numbers and the claimed showroom size, which ranges from 10,000 m² on one site to 40,000 m² on another.
So why does George Building have so many websites? That is the question this piece answers. Below you will find the full list of 38 domains we have connected to a single Foshan wholesale complex, an interactive checker to test any site you have been quoted from, and the hosting and registrar evidence that ties the network together.
Check any domain you have been quoted from against the list. Type or paste it into the search box and the table below filters live as you type. If your domain appears, you are talking to a sales team inside the George Building complex in Foshan. If it does not appear, it may still be related — we only catch sites that self-identify, show up on a client-supplied reference list, or surface during four independent AI search passes.

George Building is also known as George Group and George Group China. In Chinese records it appears as 佛山敬城, registered as George Design & Construction Co., Ltd, and listed on Made-in-China.com as Foshan Home Builder Co., Ltd. The business operates as a wholesale retail complex at Block 24, Casa Ceramic & Sanitary Ware Market, Jihua 4 Road, Chancheng District, Foshan. The corporate entity traces back to 2006. The showroom at Block 24 appears on almost every website the network operates.
The complex houses roughly 20 internal sales teams. Each team is a semi-independent sales unit that shares showroom space, branding assets, and shipping infrastructure with its neighbours inside the building. Each team handles its own customers, prepares its own quotes, and in most cases runs its own public-facing website. Put differently: one legal entity, one showroom, one physical address, and a small village of sales units operating out of it.
One legal entity on paper. Twenty semi-independent sales teams in practice. Thirty-eight websites online. The invoice will name the company. The person handling your order will almost certainly come from one specific team inside it.
The parent operation goes by several names. George Building, George Group, George Group China, and 佛山敬城 all point to the same organisation. The current legal entity is Foshan Jingcheng Information Technology Co., Ltd, which trades internationally under George Design & Construction Co., Ltd on export paperwork. Below is the registry snapshot, with copy buttons on the two fields you are most likely to need if you verify the company inside China (the Chinese name and the registered address).
The registered address above is the Block 24 showroom on Jihua 4 Road, which is the same address nearly every domain in the network claims as home.
One detail trips up a lot of overseas buyers the first time they pull this registration. The company name on the licence is Information Technology (信息科技), not Building Materials. The business scope, which is the separate part of the filing that actually defines what the company is allowed to trade in, explicitly includes wholesale of ceramics, stone, sanitary ware, furniture, doors and windows, cabinetry, and building materials generally, alongside IoT research and design services. In Chinese corporate registration the name and the scope are separate fields. A company can be named Information Technology and still run as a full-scale building-materials exporter as long as the scope covers it. This one does. So if the mismatch between the English-sounding "George Design & Construction" and the Chinese-sounding "Information Technology" looks off on a first read, it is not a problem. Both names belong to the same legal entity, and both are correct.
Two Chinese sources are used to cross-check everything above. Tianyancha (天眼查) is the public business-registry service that exposes company filings, legal representative, ownership chains, and the social-security headcount numbers cited below. Boss Zhipin (BOSS直聘) is the Chinese recruiting platform, where George Group's live hiring for foreign-trade, QC, showroom, and operations roles is publicly posted. Either source is enough to confirm the registration, the scope, and the real scale of the operation.
Public filings trail the real scale. The 2024 social-security record lists 46 contributors, which lands the company in the registry's "under 50 staff" tier. That number is stale. The group today has well over a thousand people across the main entity and a cluster of subsidiaries and affiliated companies. A dedicated foreign-trade team of 400-plus handles overseas accounts. Operational divisions cover stone, sanitary ware, ceramics, furniture, doors and windows, and custom cabinetry, all of them sharing the 20,000 m² showroom on Jihua 4 Road. Eight Alibaba International Station gold-tier storefronts and several standalone export sites run off the same product pool, which makes a 38-domain footprint less surprising once you see the operation behind it.
George Group is a real umbrella. The parent entity exists, the Jihua 4 Road building is real, and the 2006 founding date the sites all quote is a genuine origin, even though the current company registration is a 2020 re-filing. The scale of the group is part of why so many "George" sites can plausibly exist at once. It is also part of why telling them apart is so difficult.
We compiled the domain network by cross-referencing a client-supplied internal team list against four independent AI search passes (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Perplexity), each one looking for any site that self-identifies with George Group, references the Block 24 address, or uses the shared template copy. The combined sweep surfaced 38 distinct domains. Public WHOIS records, IP geolocation, and SEMrush authority and traffic data for those 38 domains were pulled on 13 April 2026. Everything in Section 03 is taken directly from those four datasets. No inference, no speculation.
When separate companies register websites, their server IPs scatter more or less randomly across hosting providers. When one operation registers many sites through the same tooling, IPs cluster. Of the 38 domains in our sweep, 27 map cleanly into one of five shared infrastructure clusters. Four sit on the exact same Hostinger IP in Phoenix, Arizona.
Registrar choice tells a similar story. 22 of the 38 domains were registered through Alibaba Cloud / HiChina, a Chinese corporate registrar uncommon among independent non-Chinese businesses. A further five run through DNSPod (Tencent), another Chinese registrar. That is 27 of 38 — more than 70% — funnelled through two China-based registrar ecosystems.
The registration-date pattern is the more interesting half. 22 of the 38 domains were registered in the 27-month window between January 2024 and March 2026. The network is not historical. It is still being built out.
SEMrush monthly-visits data reveals a different pattern from the IP and registrar clusters. Traffic is not concentrated on one site. georgebuildings.com has by far the largest backlink profile (11,906) and the highest Authority Score (25), but it only ranks sixth by actual organic traffic. Different teams outperform it for different product categories and buyer geographies, and about half the network draws meaningful traffic while the rest draws almost none.
The chart and the hosting data point to the same thing. Dozens of these sites run the same playbook. Same template copy. Same showroom photos. Same founding paragraph. Same shipping pitch. Different teams behind them, but one shared building. From a distance they look identical. None of them carry an identity a buyer can actually verify on their own.
Five domains on our list never surfaced in any of the four public AI search passes. Only a private reference list had them. The five are georgegroupchina.com, georgefurniture.com, georgecabinetry.com, yolodeco.com, and george-casa.com. This tells us something simple. Public SEO tools miss part of the network. The real footprint is almost certainly bigger than 38.
A lot of sites that look the same. The first reaction most buyers have is that it must be fraud. It isn't, at least not most of it. The legal entity behind George Building is publicly registered. The showroom on Jihua 4 Road is a real building. Real customers have been receiving real shipments under these names for years. So what is actually going on?
Foshan's wholesale economy works in a way most non-Chinese buyers never see. A large wholesale complex is not a single company. It is a shared building filled with small, semi-independent sales teams. Each team runs like its own tiny business. They bring their own customers. They pay rent or share revenue with the complex operator. They use the same showroom, the same logistics, and often the same factories. They also compete with each other inside the same building. That is why you can send the same inquiry to three different George websites and get three different quotes from three different people, all at one address.
Websites follow the same logic. There is no central marketing department. Each team builds its own site, aimed at the buyers it wants to win. One team focuses on hotel projects. Another focuses on Florida homes. A third focuses on villas in the Middle East. Shared templates and shared photos exist because they are company resources. Reusing them is cheaper and faster than starting from scratch. The result is that the sites look nearly identical, even when the teams behind them are genuinely separate.
This model is not unique to George Building. Walk through Foshan's Lecong furniture market, Shiwan ceramics district, or Guzhen lighting market. The same structure repeats across dozens of large complexes. What stands out about George Building is the scale. 38 domains is a lot, even by Foshan standards. The pattern is easy to spot because every site carries some version of the "George" name. Smaller clusters with more varied branding are harder to map, but they are almost certainly just as common.
The structural explanation does not make the buyer's problem go away. If anything, understanding the model sharpens the practical risks. Foshan is the largest building-materials sourcing hub on the planet, and we have written about the scale of the city's market before. Scale is what makes this work. Scale is also what makes it confusing.
None of this means the supplier network is dishonest. It means the information you are using to evaluate suppliers is incomplete.
FelixDeco is one of the teams inside George Building. We put this article together ourselves. We decided to publish the full picture of the network because buyers deserve to know what they are looking at. Not a sales pitch. Not a brochure. The real layout.
Here is what ordering through us actually means. Every order we take is invoiced under the George Group legal entity. Every warranty is issued under that same name. Every shipment ships under that name. The company on your paperwork is George Design & Construction Co., Ltd. That business has been registered and operating on Jihua 4 Road since 2006. If something goes wrong, your recourse is against a real, registered parent business. Not a brand-new domain that could disappear overnight.
"FelixDeco" started as our internal team code. We are turning it into our public brand. Buyers should have one specific door to knock on. Not a maze of look-alike sites. Our site is new on purpose. We would rather grow it slowly with real work than fill it with stock photos and template copy.
Client case studies are on the way. We are writing up a full-house Florida renovation and an Orlando new-build right now. Each one names the real client and links back to the actual order timeline. Give us about ten days. We will not publish anything until the customer signs off on being named.
Want to talk through a project? Send us an email. No obligation. No templated sales sequence. Ask us the hard questions now, not halfway through an ocean-freight container.
Foshan wholesale complexes house multiple semi-independent sales teams that share a showroom, branding, and marketing templates. Each team builds its own website to handle its own customers, but because the showroom photography, company history, and product catalogues are shared assets, the sites end up looking near-identical to outside observers. This is an efficiency pattern, not a deception pattern, but it does make supplier verification harder for international buyers.
Legally, George Building operates as one registered entity (George Design & Construction Co., Ltd, with Foshan Home Builder Co., Ltd as the Made-in-China trading name). Operationally, the complex houses roughly 20 semi-independent sales units. Each unit handles its own customer relationships, quotes, and fulfilment while sharing the showroom and logistics backbone. A single invoice names the legal entity, but the team behind your specific order may change depending on which website you contacted.
FelixDeco is one of the sales teams inside George Building. You deal with our team for quotes, design, and day-to-day communication. Your paperwork is a separate story. Every order is invoiced under the George Group legal entity, George Design & Construction Co., Ltd. Warranty cover comes from the same entity. Legal recourse runs through the same entity. That parent business has been registered and operating on Jihua 4 Road since 2006.
We identified 38 domains in our 2026-04-13 research sweep. The list combines a private reference list with four independent AI search passes. The real number is probably higher. Several sites on the private list did not surface in any public AI scan, which tells us public SEO tools miss part of the network. Four new domains were registered in the first three months of 2026 alone. The network is still growing.
FelixDeco operates as a sales and export team inside George Building. This article is published as buyer-education content, not as a competitive attack on neighbouring teams. No outbound links to any of the 38 domains discussed above pass link equity; all are referenced as plain text only.
